From the first conversation to the final moments of the service, they were efficient, helpful, and genuinely empathetic. Michael and his team recently arranged a funeral for an immediate family member. Communication from the team was great - always happy to answer our questions and were helpful and compassionate. Michael is a genuine and down to earth, lovely guy. The funeral itself was well thought out and put together but the care and respect our family member received from Michael while there, was amazing. The time and effort he put in was second to none. It was actually comforting to just know he was in the care of Michael. Huge thanks and appreciation.
