Elaine made us welcome the minute we entered the door and treated us, and our mum who had passed, with great compassion, empathy and care. She helped us with everything and no issue was to small. This lady went above and beyond looking after us. Sam, the funeral director, was fantastic and set our mind at ease on the day and really helped my ailing father at the crematorium. Absolutely amazing and caring people working at the kingshill branch and haven in general. We were able to give my mum a great send off thanks to the help, kindess and professionalism shown. I cannot thank, and recommend, then enough.
