Heart of England Co-op Funerals

We were recently supported at Heart of England, Bedworth. I cannot thank Jenny at Bedworth branch enough, she supported us so well and ensured all of our requests were met and made a very difficult process run so smoothly. On the day we were cared for beautifully by Luke and Leah. The care provided by all was everything we could’ve asked for, for our daughter’s final journey. Thank you so much.

Funeral arrangements went smoothly from start to finish and Jenny was a great help in providing us with all the knowledge and information needed given the sudden death of mum. She was very kind, compassionate, accommodating and respectful throughout the whole process. The day of the funeral went well as Emma lead the team and guided us through the whole session and we were well looked after and again very accommodating. Unfortunately, one of the cars broke down on the way to the cemetery but this was handled swiftly and professionally by the team and we were able to continue the burial smoothly. They were very apologetic over the incident though it was not anyones fault due to mechanical failure and they handled it extremely well to ensure that disruption was to the minimal. We thank all the staff for their professionalism and kindness to the whole family and highly recommend their services.

Excellent support and service received from the start of the process to the conclusion. Dad was treated with dignity and respect. The process was explained in a professional but very caring way. The whole family have been supported and there was always someone at the end of the phone if we needed anything. I would like to thank the two men who collected dad from home after his passing, also Jenny for guiding us through the process up to its conclusion.
