I cant express enough through words alone how absolutely amazing Ryan was when he handled my husband Warren Preeces unattended cremation. Even though it was straight forward, Ryan came across with professionalism, caring and the greatest kindness at this sad time for me. He was so lovely that he kept me upto date with everything that was going on. I can't thank him enough, he eased my mind aswell as my broken heart. I would like to thank Karen, Tracey and all the team at Heart of England Funerals for the empathy and care they showed us while arranging the funeral of my mum, Eve Sharp on 15th Oct in Rugby.
