We are proud of our history dating back to 1832, as a small independent regional co-operative our main aim has always been around helping people, nowhere is that more apparent than in our funeral locations.
"Jenny tried to limit the strain on us at such a difficult time, kept us regularly informed of progress and ensured that everything went smoothly ahead of the funeral."
— Dave & Karen Ratcliffe (about Jenny)
"Their efficiency and kindness throughout the process from planning and organising the funeral to looking after us on the day could not have been better. Absolutely incredible service."
— Angie Pagett
"Anna was lovely, kind and very understanding throughout the whole process, guiding us all the way. I would recommend Anna to anyone who has lost a loved one. Thank you so much, it really meant so much at the most difficult time of my life losing my mother."
— Kirstine Swanson (about Anna)
"Knowing we were in such capable hands brought us great comfort when we needed it most. Every detail was handled with so much respect and care. We truly cannot thank you enough for being with us every step of the way."
— Zahra Aymerich (about Anna-Marie, Jenny, Jack)
"Anna-Marie made us feel so eased, comfortable and we was safe with her she was going to talk us through each step no worries needed... Sharon who held the ceremony came to my house and we talked about Mum, what songs she liked, where she worked and then words to talk about my mum's life and she really made it beautiful, fun and just how Mum was. You will always be in my heart."
— Janine Coles (about Anna-Marie, Tracy, Sharon)

I cannot recommend the co-op enough for everything they did for us, I had no clue where to start or even how to arrange a funeral but Anna-Marie made us feel so eased, comfortable and we was safe with her she was going to talk us through each step no worries needed. The reception staff were so helpful and kind also, Tracy was brilliant at helping us also with things like photograph's, what my Mum would be wearing and always asked if we needed anything or have any questions. Sharon who held the ceremony was also fantastic what a lovely lady, she came to my house and we talked about Mum, what songs she liked, what songs/music we wanted, were she worked and then words to talk about my mum's life and she really made it beautiful, fun and just how Mum was. Thank you so much to everyone at the co-op fosehill road you will always be in my heart xxx

My sisters and I want to express our deepest thanks to Anna-Marie, Jenny, Jack and the entire team at the Foleshill branch for the incredible care and support they showed us during one of the hardest times of our lives. Our mother’s funeral was beautiful, so thoughtfully organised and handled with the utmost professionalism. They took care of everything, making the whole process much easier for us and knowing we were in such capable hands brought us great comfort when we needed it most. We were able to say goodbye and honour our mother's memory in a meaningful way, without having to worry about the arrangements. We truly cannot thank you enough for being with us every step of the way. Every detail was handled with so much respect and care. We are so grateful for all your help and support.

My sister and I were grateful for the friendly support that Jenny gave us in helping us through the arrangements for our Mum's funeral. She kept us regularly informed of progress and ensured that everything went smoothly ahead of the funeral. At such a difficult time Jenny tried to limit the strain on us and made sure all went well. Thank you.
