"I was incredibly impressed with the way she supported us and took us through the whole process in an incredibly sensitive way."
— John Lynn (about Claire)
"The Manager, Paul, was so helpful in every way that the process was made much easier than we had imagined. He guided us regarding the coffin, order of service and even recommended a superb humanist lady to conduct the funeral. A sad occasion was made so much better."
— David Brown (about Paul)
"Nothing was too much trouble for Claire and her team. She was so accommodating the day we arrived and her team for each visit. Finally on the day of the funeral itself, they let us make use of their office area and leave from the premises. So friendly, so helpful and professional. A credit to their company."
— Sarah Walker (about Claire)
"Paul Atkinson at your Leamington Spa office was a great help to me in arranging my brother's funeral, he showed kindness and respect at a time of great sadness, also the Funeral Director Darren and his staff showed dignity and sincerity on the day of Victor's funeral."
— james woodruff (about Paul Atkinson)
"An absolutely brilliant service, from kindness at opening out of hours on Saturday for me to travel from Cornwall to spend an hour with my Dad, to every tiny detail and kindness they applied today of the cremation. I really cannot fault or thank them enough! Every detail cared for. Such a personal service and genuine empathy."
— Lynn Pike
"Right from the beginning (when we were still in Canada) Paul Atkinson made the process as uncomplicated as possible. He went above and beyond even before we met in person... He organized every detail from finding someone to conduct the service, organize cars and even went as far to order our flowers and arrange the wake. Thank you Paul for making an extremely difficult and chaotic time bearable. Our family was able to reflect on our aunt, grieve together and ultimately celebrate her as a person, without having to worry about the red tape... for this we will forever be grateful!"
— Kellie Ferguson (via paul atkinson) (about Paul Atkinson)

I contacted Claire (FD) to make enquiries about chapel hire for my late aunty, who is from Leamington Spa. We are Funeral Directors ourselves but in the North West, so needed somewhere in my aunt’s hometown for loved ones to visit her in the days leading up to her funeral, and the day itself. Nothing was too much trouble for Claire and her team. She was so accommodating the day we arrived and her team for each visit. Finally on the day of the funeral itself, they let us make use of their office area and leave from the premises. So friendly, so helpful and professional. A credit to their company. Thank you so very much.
