"After now using Henry Isons for 3 family funerals I would never go anywhere else during what is a really hard time for a family. Kim is a wonderful lady who obviously cares about the people that she is working with and was there supporting us through every step."
— Gemma Garry (about Kim)
"Henry Isons genuinely care, they help and they support you, they will find the individuals within their team that will match you and your loved one. Anna at Binley, the extra care you placed in helping at the chapel of rest will never be forgotten."
— Lisa Byron (about Anna)
"Kim took me through every detail and made suggestions I hadn't even thought of, all the time being respectful, sympathetic and supportive. Amanda was amazing the way she made it so personal, meaningful and memorable. I will always be grateful to them for helping me and our family through such a hard time."
— Paul Jones (about Kim, Amanda)
"From Dan and Dan who came to help us at such a devastating time, to the lovely lady who sat with me and talked for an hour while waiting for the Priest to arrive, to Lisa who personally ensured in the most professional and sympathetic way that our send off went without a hitch. You really went above and beyond."
— Michelle Hill (about Lisa)
"I lost my husband under tragic circumstances and also had a very tricky family situation. Kim was professional and very compassionate and helped me step by step and made the whole process a lot more bearable. Wendy the Undertaker was just as amazing — I was very nervous about how it would go but Wendy orchestrated it amazingly and everything went smoothly."
— Ruth Whitehouse (about Kim, Wendy)
"Richard, you went above and beyond in your 'mission' to allow dad to have one last prank and make us laugh. You was assigned as the 'right person' for the job. Amanda our celebrant, the fact that our family and friends think that you're one of us is a sign of how good you are at capturing the spirit and magic of a loved one."
— Lisa Byron (about Richard, Amanda)

After a receiving the most superb service in 2021 after the passing of our mum, there was never any question of returning to Henry Ison & Sons when our dad passed suddenly in January. We will always be eternally grateful for the support and care we received during such a difficult and sad time. Firstly- Thank you so much to Kim and Sarah at Allesley, who bought everything together fantastically, making funeral arrangements so much less traumatic. Anna at Binley, the extra care you placed in helping at the chapel of rest will never be forgotten and Richard, you went above and beyond in your ‘mission’ to allow dad to have one last prank and make us laugh. You was assigned as the ‘right person’ for the job . Lastly Amanda our celebrant, not an easy job and especially this time, you really are a remarkable person, the fact that our family and friends think that you’re one of us is a sign of how good you are at capturing the spirit and magic of a loved one. Not only that; your support helped myself and my sister more than you know. Henry Isons, genuinely care, they help and they support you, they will find the individuals within their team that will match you and your loved one. I can’t recommend them enough.

I cannot actually find enough words to express our gratitude to the professionalism and empathy the excellent staff at Henry Isons showed us before during and after the Celebration of Life of 'Our Much Loved Kier'. From the moment we enlisted their help, they showed deep respect and care for all concerned from Dan and Dan, who came to help us at such a devastating time, to Sarah and Kim who helped us plan the perfect send off, to the lovely lady (forgive me I can't recall your name), who sat with me and talked for an hour while waiting for the Priest to arrive, to Lisa who personally ensured in the most professional and sympathetic way that our send off went without a hitch. You really went above and beyond. The very thoughtful and personal touches of your service deeply moved us and we will be forever grateful 🙏 With Love and Thanks.

Many thanks to Kim at Allesley Old Road, for her excellent service. It made our task of arranging my wife’s funeral so much easier. From our first contact with Kim to the visits to the Chapel of Rest, everything was handled efficiently and with great respect. The funeral team on the day were very respectful, and Victoria, who directed them was genuine and sensitive to our needs. We were given plenty of time and space to do all we needed. Thank you so much for all of your help.

The service we received as a family was excellent I couldn’t have wished for more, Kim took me through every detail and made suggestions I hadn’t even thought of and all the time being respectful, sympathetic and supportive. They arranged for me to visit my partner whenever I wished before the funeral and were very supportive through the whole funeral process, we couldn’t have wished for more, the celebrant we had, Amanda, was such a great help and delivered a service that we were all very proud of, she was amazing the way she made it so personal, meaningful and memorable. Such an excellent service was provided by all of the staff at Henry Ison and I will always be grateful to them for helping me and our family through such a hard time.
