Sandra was kind, compassionate, understanding and extremely thoughtful when dealing with me and my 2 step children after the passing of our favourite person. She actually listened to what we wanted. Sandra was very professional, organised and took care of every small detail. She truly cared about us and what our loss meant to us and other members of our family.
