I can not praise Hilliers highly enough and I am very grateful to them. I was highly sensitive to everything they did due to a very upsetting experience arranging my dads funeral with a different funeral director in another area. But I can not fault Hilliers at all with how they handled us and my mums funeral.They were very warm, very respectful & very professional. Nothing was too much trouble & everything from start to finish was flawless. We felt incredibly well looked after. I visited my mum twice at the chapel of rest & was able to spend the entire day with her. It is the most superior chapel of rest I have visited. There are sofas & comfortable arm chairs & it really helped me feel like I was able to spend some quality time with her before we had to say goodbye. It felt quite different to other chapels of rest I had been in and made a very big difference to me.I feel like I was almost looking for faults due to my previous experience & really couldn’t find any. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending them. Thank you so much to Kyle & Carl for being so friendly & professional it won’t be forgotten.
