We cannot thank Hillier Funeral Service enough for the kindness, compassion, and professionalism they showed while caring for our beautiful daughter, Charlotte. From our very first chat with Becky who helped us before we even chose Hillier’s sevices, I will be forever grateful to her. Every member of the team treated Charlotte with the utmost dignity and respect, while supporting our family with genuine empathy during the most difficult time of our lives. They guided us through every step with patience, understanding, and sensitivity, making an incredibly painful experience just a little easier to bear. The funeral service was beautifully conducted, and every detail was handled with such care and thoughtfulness. It gave us the opportunity to celebrate Charlotte’s life in a way that was both meaningful and comforting. We will always be grateful for the exceptional care they gave to our daughter and the support they gave to our family. This is the 2nd time in less than a year we have used Hillier and can highly recommend them. It’s not just their care and compassion, but making us feel that they have no-one else but us to deal with. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Special thanks to Kelvin and Jo, and to those on the days who were there and those working behind to scenes to ensure we gave Mum and Dad the best send off they deserved.

Hillier's at Highworth dealt with my mother's funeral arrangements in March. The funeral arranger, Jo, was was accommodating, compassionate, friendly and understanding. She explained everything clearly and answered all our queries and concerns honestly. She gave balanced advice enabling us to make our own choices about the how we wanted the service to run at Kingsdown Crematorium.

I just want to express my deepest gratitude for the care and compassion specifically Nick showed us during my son’s funeral. The support from you and your team was truly exceptional. Every step of the way, we felt understood, cared for, and supported. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making such a difficult time a bit more bearable.

Hilliers have been amazing from start to finish. So compassionate and caring. From the way they took my grandad in their care from leaving the house, to the chapel of rest to the funeral. Cannot recommend Hilliers enough. Thank you all for being so kind and caring.
