The business prides itself on providing dignified, respectful, and stress-free support to bereaved families, with all staff trained to offer genuine compassion and confidentiality during difficult times.
"The team organised my Husband's ceremony and conducted it with dignity and compassion. The Chapel Of Rest was peaceful and gave us great comfort in the week before the funeral."
— Sharron Atkins (about Jack)
"Absolutely recommend this company in your hour of need. So personal and professional all in one. Jack who represented this family business is 100% credit to them."
— Carole Thorne (about Jack)
"Made a very difficult time easier to deal with. Katie provided some good information and guidance, Carol made various changes to the Eulogy, and Jack called me the day before the Funeral to go through everything — it went as smooth as possible on the day itself."
— Stephen Lee (about Katie)
"Their inter personal relationship with us was something that touched our hearts. Katie in the office was always available for advice and Jack on the day was incredibly kind and gentle."
— L Tully-Middleton (about Katie)
"They took time to get to know Colin and his family and created a service that was very personal and beautiful. Throughout I felt very looked after. I took clothes in and his favourite soap, and they made some small exceptions to rules that meant so much to us (we wanted him cremated in his slippers!). The Chapel Of Rest was peaceful and gave us great comfort in the week before the funeral."
— Sharron Atkins (about Jack)
"My questions were answered patiently and kindly and advice and suggestions given freely. At the crematorium everything was handled with care and sensitivity and help given when required."
— Pat and Doug Warner
