This has taken a little while to write as I did not want to rush my review the care amd service received from John and his team was amazing. Thrown into the unknown John guided me and my family through this difficult time of losing my beloved Dad and of course my Mums husband of 52 years. I cannot thank you enough John for your kindness, empathy and honesty throughout this journey. You helped deliver my Dad a service that he deserved and you remained patient throughout working with us and accomodating our personal wishes. Thank you for sharing the last special moment I had with my Dad. The funeral was wonderful and the red ties by your whole team was a lovely touch. Every wish we had you delivered. Even holding Mums hand as we carrued the coffin showed you were more than just a funeral director. You gave my Mum and us so much comfort even with the ashes. John I truly cannot thank you enough. Yes, i havent grieved properly yet and still feel im a bit of daze but there are no regrets. I truly feel i have personally made a lifelong friend in both you and our wonderful celebrant Diane. Thank you for for giving us such a beautiful service. Truly captured my Dad, their love and our family on that day and i/we will always be eternally grateful. Hope to have a Fosters top with you soon in memory of Dad! Highly recommended. Thank you all and wishing you all a wonderful christmas. Roseanna & Family.

I cannot thank John and the team at Holmes and Daughters enough for the incredible care and compassion they showed my family. From the very first moment, nothing was too much trouble. They treated us like family supporting us every step of the way with understanding, kindness, and genuine warmth. They cared for my father in the Chapel of Rest with such dignity and respect, and the whole team made us feel comforted and looked after at a time when we needed it most. Every detail was handled perfectly, and their compassion shone through in everything they did. I will always be grateful for the way they guided us through this difficult time and for the kindness and care they showed. A truly outstanding team who went above and beyond.

John at Holmes and Daughters East Sheen was very kind, patient, supportive and compassionate throughout this very difficult time for me. He and his colleagues provided an extremely well organised and efficient service, and did their utmost to accommodate my needs and wishes at all times. I am grateful for all their help and strongly recommend this business. The cost also seemed reasonable.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude to John at Holmes and Daughters, East Sheen. He assisted me and my stepmother when it came to putting my father to rest. From meetings to phone calls, he answered all my questions and put me at ease. During the funeral, he showed my father such respect and really looked after myself and the family. I will always think fondly of John, the most kind gentleman, and I couldn't imagine going through this experience without him. Thank you so much John. Warmest regards, Eleanor De Maria

Not sure why the name on here says Julia as I am Tracy. I would just like to applaud the wonderful service myself and family got from here, and that is all thanks to Shaun. Originally I was dealing with another funeral directors but they were unable to meet my needs. I called Holmes and Daughters and from the get go Shaun was amazing, really amazing. He dealt with my family perfectly, some of them have disabilities and are difficult to deal with at the best of times but Shaun was a superstar. He had so much respect for my mum and even though she passed away he spoke as if she was still with us. He had arranged for Karen, a civil Celebrant to do the service and she was also amazing. Thank you. Tracy &a family
