I have known Chadwick's for years so when my Mum died at Benson Care Home they were the people we chose to look after her. From the moment they came to the care home to the moment they left us after the funeral at her home church in Middlesex they were amazing! We may be winning a competition for the number of last minute changes but they took it all in their stride! Thank you all!

From the moment that we contacted Howard Chadwick's after the passing of our brother in January, they have been professional, reliable and sensitive. Nothing has been too much trouble for them, they have answered all of our many questions with patience and understanding, even when we have rang several times a day. Circumstances for our funeral changed at the last minute and we even had a call from Alistair over the weekend to ensure that we were reassured that everything was in place for the funeral on a Monday morning - this was a great relief to us, highlighting their empathy and thoughtfulness. Every member of staff we have met both young and older have excelled in their role, so much so that we whole heartedly recommend this family business. They are old hands at this and leave nothing to chance with years of experience, which truly shows. We just had Howard Chadwick’s look after the arrangements for my dad’s cremation recently. I cannot express how amazing the team were, they went above and beyond what we expected especially both Alistair and Ryan. Knowing them for many years helped the process more but you could tell the professionalism, communication and attention to detail was nothing but the highest standard. I would like to thank everyone at Howard Chadwick's for their support. I wanted my husband to go back to Oxfordshire from Wiltshire as this was his home ground. From the recovery from the Swindon hospital to the Chapel of Rest and all the arrangements they were respectful and professional. Nothing was too much, even when I changed my mind on the Order of Service, I wanted it to be perfect and it was. The Celebrant they suggested, Helen was superb, so many people commented on her professional and loving manner. Thomas, Alistair and Ashley all had my thoughts and requirements at heart. Thank you.
