I must commend all members of staff for their friendly and professional approach. Fraser, who met Jane prior to her death and helped me so much in carrying out her wishes. His knowledge of process and procedures and how to apply it to our circumstances provided great confidence. Stuart our driver had an excellent approach. Whilst on the journey between church and crematorium he struck very good balance about when to chat and knowing when to leave us to ourselves. Although I had lesser dealings with Hazel and Anne their approach was also a credit to the team.

I cannot rate this place high enough. I went with my mum to arrange her funeral which she wanted to plan. Derek Hume dealt with us and was amazing a credit to the company. He explained everything in detail to us and gave us all the separate costings. The atmosphere in the place was comfortable, we laughed, we cried but Derek remained professional and matched how we were feeling at the time. Hopefully it will be a while before I need to contact you again but I will have full confidence when the time comes that everything will be dealt with in a professional manner. Thank you

We can’t praise Ian Brown Funeral Directors highly enough. We used their services on the death of a close family friend, and would have to say that we were impressed all round with every aspect of their work. They took time at every step, to make sure that our needs were fully met.We dealt mainly with Shannon, who guided us so professionally in all arrangements.
