Exceptional care from start to finish. The team were calm, organised and compassionate from our very first conversation, guiding us through every step at a difficult time. The dignity shown in looking after Dad, and the professionalism on the day the timings, music, livestream and overall support made such a difference. Everything ran smoothly and allowed us to focus on the service itself. Several people have since commented on how beautifully the day was handled. We feel the same. Thank you for helping us give Dad the farewell he deserved, he would be proud.

Deborah made the entire process from arranging our Mum’s funeral to the actual day of the service as easy as possible. All questions that arose during this time were answered very,very quickly. She also arranged for Peter Bryant,who had been the Conductor at our Dad’s funeral,to take the same role again which considering he was now working at a different branch was much appreciated. The other really nice touch was the visit from Darrell who talked us through the Probate process(a free service) that was very reassuring. Thank you on behalf of Peter and Stephen.

My mum Pauline jean harris died on 12th march 2021 and on 15th March I phoned JB Shakespeare I spoke to Emma at Croydon branch who made me feel at ease straight away and was nice to speak to And arranged a meeting at the selsdon branch for the 25th March where I saw Tim who was only to pleased to help out and arranged a funeral date for 16th April 2021 and it went very well everything was on time and in a very professional manner from start to finish All the staff from JB Shakespeare was great 👍 and I Couldn't Have asked for a better service thankyou very much.
