My mum Pauline jean harris died on 12th march 2021 and on 15th March I phoned JB Shakespeare I spoke to Emma at Croydon branch who made me feel at ease straight away and was nice to speak to And arranged a meeting at the selsdon branch for the 25th March where I saw Tim who was only to pleased to help out and arranged a funeral date for 16th April 2021 and it went very well everything was on time and in a very professional manner from start to finish All the staff from JB Shakespeare was great 👍 and I Couldn't Have asked for a better service thankyou very much.
