Chris and the team at J G Fielder & Son provided exceptional support for a recent burial, going above and beyond to accommodate a family’s request to bring their loved one home. Their professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail were outstanding, a truly caring and dedicated team.

I submitted an enquiry via J G Fielder & Son's website looking for a custom scatter tube to be made, in doing so attaching a basic design of what I would like. Within 24hrs, I'd received not only a response, but Chris had taken my design and made this far superior, surpassing my expectations. Coupled with the above, my order was delivered within one week of the date of order, which for something custom is really outstanding. Thanks so much for making the process so easy, it really is appreciated.

My mum passed away on August bank holiday Monday 2025, Fielders were absolutely wonderful from start to finish, professional, compassionate and fully supportive of how many times we visited mum at the chapel of rest, cannot thank Jon Kirkman and all the staff at Fielders for navigating us through this incredibly sad journey of having to say goodbye to our mother and Dads wife of 63 years, Mum had planned every last detail, Fielders carried out her wishes with complete professionalism, even down to mums request that no-one wore black, we were very touched that they honoured this out of respect for mum - you cannot put a price on this sort of service Cannot recommend Fielders highly enough, many many thanks
