Thank you to Keith, Lucy and the team at the Fielders Easingwold branch for the exceptional care they showed my family after the loss of my dear mum, Muriel. From the very first phone call at 4am through to the funeral and burial, and all the arrangements in between, they were efficient, compassionate and endlessly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout what was a very difficult time. I would not hesitate to recommend Keith, Lucy and the wider Fielders Group — their kindness and professionalism made all the difference when we needed it most.

A review nobody ever wants to have to write. But at a time of grief and overwhelming sadness, Keith brought dignity, discretion and a calm presence to our family. We were grateful for his wisdom and his gentle advice and so pleased with the choice we made. We recommend JG Fielder in the strongest possible terms.
