After losing mum in 2016, we sadly lost dad as well in May this year. Mum was looked after so tenderly by James & Thomas so leaving dad in their caring hands was the obvious choice. Liz at the Cobham branch was nothing short of an angel to my sister and I. She was compassionate and considerate and guided us so personally through the whole process all the way to the crematorium where she attended and looked after the whole family so sensitively and with such dignity and respect for dad. We honestly could not have wished for a lovelier team of people to help us through such a sad time. So many thanks for everything.

Liz bayliss was absolutely fantastic arranging my mums funeral she went above and beyond and provided everything we wanted especially making it comfortable and easy to visit mum as much as possible xx

Well, what can I say, Liz at James and Thomas was amazing. From the moment we walked into the office she put my husband and I at ease, guiding us through the whole funeral process and making a difficult and emotional time totally stress free for us.
