I have today visited JTF at Simpsons Corner, to see a lovely lady called Caroline. On entering, I was greeted very professionally by 2 members of staff. Although I was early for my appointment, I was taken straight to Caroline's office. The obligatory coffee was offered, and of course accepted (delicious it was too) Caroline was so warm and welcoming. My enquiry was for a funeral plan, which is a daunting subject. Caroline was so very helpful, and dealt with my enquiry with dignity, respect and professionalism. Caroline made my decision easier by explaining everything in detail. The team at Jason Threadgold have been fantastic supporting us throughout this very difficult time. Upon first meeting George put us at ease and supported us excellently with all arrangements, he was a consummate professional, with such kindness and compassion. The whole team at the offices, the drivers and pallbearers were so lovely and again made difficult times so much easier. The little touches like bottles of water & tissues in the cars were so thoughtful and the engraving of a cricketer on the coffin (a thoughtful surprise from George) were amazing. So glad my Dad told us he wanted Threadgold’s. As a family we would definitely recommend.

Jason Threadgold were the first and only choice of Funeral Directors to look after my wife’s cremation. They were professional, caring and ensured all our requirements were met. George came to our house and explained all the details of the funeral in a kind and compassionate way.
