From the start and right through to the end, Jordan and Angela were wonderful. They guided me through the process of organising my dads funeral in advance with so much kindness and compassion, and when the time came and Dad passed away they were everything we as a family needed them to be at such a horrible time. Nothing was too much trouble and despite calling them out in the early hours of the morning, they were so professional and caring. From then on, everything was handled with kindness and respect, and Angela was just phenomenal in how she looked after me and my family- it was like having a wonderful aunt or mum-figure looking after me and even my children, who are fairly suspicious of new people, keep asking when she’s coming round again so they can see her. The level of respect shown to my Dad was incredible, even down to the little things I’d have never thought of, which put my mind completely at rest that he was being looked after with total dignity whilst we waited to say goodbye to him properly. I’m forever grateful to Angela and Jordan for making such a horrible time that much easier and more bearable and knowing that such lovely people were taking care of Dad and all the subsequent arrangements was a real weight off my mind. Our family has been through a tough year, Jordan Angela and the team have been with us through 2 funerals , nothing too much trouble day or night , easy to contact and keep updated , Local family in our home town , serving the community and being involved . We will be always grateful you were with us and made sure each was as individual as the person it was for .. Mums was definitely Bright and Beautiful 💙🩷💜🧡💛

Jordan and Angela looked after mums funeral for us, which was a bit more in complex, plus also had two other family members ashes to intern in different places. Nothing was to much trouble for Jordan and Angela, and also have had great after care since the funeral in March. Will well recommend them, and very competitively priced too I might add. I recently purchased a memorial necklace. It was a very emotional time and the care and compassion shown to me was amazing. The necklace is beautiful and very pleased with it, they helped me fill the jewellery with my loved ones ashes. Thank you again- would highly recommend.
