At JW Binks Funeral Directors, we are proud to be the longest established family owned and run Funeral Directors in Morley and the surrounding areas. Throughout our time serving the community, we have always tried to uphold the traditions of those that have passed before us but have never been slow to recognise the need for change and act upon it. With over 140 years of experience and tradition, we offer our clients a personal service where each funeral is tailored to their every requirement from the traditional to the modern and everything in-between.
"The funeral arrangements for our Father were completed in a very professional manner and we were treated with dignity and respect throughout the process. The fact it is a family business means a more personal service."
— Mark Cooper
"We have always used JW Binks for our family's funerals, my baby sister Donna's in 1976, my Dad in 2007 and my Grandfather in 2008. My family thanks your family for all that you do."
— Marie X
"What was a very emotional day for me and my family...it was lightened by using Binks - professional and empathetic funeral directors. I rate 5 stars plus."
— Alison Kenny (about Alex Binks)
"We struggled on a lot of the things that we wanted to say had happened in his life, but Alex was there to help guide us and make suggestions. Could not have been a greater Funeral Directors to have worked with."
— Vikki Cooper (about Alex)
"So professional. So Kind. So helpful. You feel like everything is being taken care of for you."
— Izabela Heron-Adams
"Alex was nothing short of professional and efficient whilst having a great (at times funny) manner with us...that was only used as and when appropriate - this helped all of us during a very emotional time. Alex guided us all the way but allowed us the freedom to do as Mum would have liked. The service went smoothly...Alex nearby to step in if we were unable to read our parts."

I have attended 2 funerals recently the staff was extremely rude and unapproachable. The whole thing was very rushed and unprofessional in every way. Binks also have extra hidden chargers and don’t comply with time keeping I’m very disappointed with there services and would never recommend them in the future

I would not recommend to use this company. We used them many years ago for my grandma and they were very good. This time we used them we are not happy. We felt they had no empathy at all and felt at times they were rude. The communication was terrible and when we contacted them to ask any questions it felt like an inconvenience to them. The funeral was spoiled overall by them bringing a private ambulance and driving in front of everyone in it. It looked horrible and everyone was asking why it was there.

Kelly and Alex provided a wonderful service and send off for my mum in law. We cannot thank them enough. We would highly recommend them for their professionalism helpfulness and friendliness.

Mum passed recently at the ripe old age of 96 and we chose (wisely as it turned out) to use J W Binks & sons to take care of the funeral . Alex Binks was the consummate professional from start to finish , we were treated with sympathy and care throughout the whole process from start to finish. I would recommend this company to anyone, without any shadow of doubt. Thank you to all at J W Binks for making a difficult process as comfortable and reassuring as it possibly could be. David Griffiths
