Their communication from start to finish was exceptional. Always clear, always reassuring, and always at the right time. We never once felt unsure about anything. From start to end Abi and Jason looked after my family and my late grandmother with tenderness, care, empathy and compassion. We wanted to support an independent business in my grandmother's town where we spent so many happy years. Nothing has been too much trouble for this team. They've even got handy with a glue gun to help add personal touches to the casket. We've been kept informed, they've been gentle with us, they've opened late for us, they've led us through a very upsetting time whilst giving us full control. Words can not describe the professionalism , empathy, communication, care to details and just overall care of the family and my late mother during a difficult time. Jason and Abi wrapped their virtual arms around our family and took care of everything taking all worries away from the very first contact we had with them.
