"On the day we were all treated with respect and they made everything perfect right down to the final details. All Staff were well dressed and smart, the cars were immaculate and clean. My Mum would have been proud."
— Christina Kearns
"Olivia and Yvonne at Hampton Hill were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble and they were kind and respectful to us. We were kept informed of everything throughout."
— C W (about Olivia, Yvonne)
"Sara was amazing. Extremely caring and very professional. She helped us arrange the most beautiful and perfect send off for my lovely mum."
— Caroline Stone (about Sara)
"Paul was excellent. He made sure everything ran smoothly and allowed us plenty of time to take a detour with the hearse so that friends and neighbours could pay their respects to Dad, as the Covid pandemic allowed only a few at the service."
— C W (about Paul)
"Sue supported us through the whole process with such kindness and patience. She helped us arrange the most beautiful and fitting send off for our Dad. We are very grateful to you all."
— Debbie Fry (about Sue)
"We had a carriage and horses which were stunning and carried Dad so proudly through the old haunts of his childhood in Kingston and which was just so special. Sharon and the whole team supported us throughout the day, being so calm and respectful but knowing exactly when to share a laugh with us in those lighter moments of memories. We felt looked after from start to finish and were able to give our Dad the most beautiful and respectful farewell that he would have been so proud of."
— Debbie Fry (about Sue, Sharon)

Arranging a loved one's funeral is one of the saddest and toughest things we ever get to do. We arranged our Dad's funeral with Lodge Bros and are so grateful to Sue, who supported us through the whole process with such kindness and patience. She helped us arrange the most beautiful and fitting send off for our Dad. We had a carriage and horses which were stunning and carried Dad so proudly through the old haunts of his childhood in Kingston and which was just so special. Sharon and the whole team supported us throughout the day, being so calm and respectful but knowing exactly when to share a laugh with us in those lighter moments of memories (and there will be some). We would like to thank Sue, Sharon and the whole Lodge Bros team and of course Bob and Winston the horses who did such a magnificent job. We felt looked after from start to finish and were able to give our Dad the most beautiful and respectful farewell that he would have been so proud of. We are very grateful to you all. We arranged our fathers funeral with Lodge and Keates in May 2020. I originally spoke with Rob in Ham after being dissatisfied with the original undertaker we had chosen. Olivia and Yvonne at Hampton Hill were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble and they were kind and respectful to us. We were kept informed of everything and on the day Paul was excellent. He made sure everything ran smoothly and allowed us plenty of time to take a detour with the hearse so that friends and neighbours could pay their respects to Dad, as the Covid pandemic allowed only a few at the service. Thank you Lodge and Keates.
