Lodge Brothers provided us a very caring and efficient service both in the funeral arrangements and in obtaining the grant of probate. Catherine at the funeral home was very kind and patient, and was extremely clear and helpful in the arrangements and organising of the funeral. Lorna at the solicitors was also super efficient and always prompt to reply to any questions. They clearly have a lot of experience and understanding of how difficult these situations are for the bereaved, and we felt well cared for.

Lodge Brothers, Ruislip Middlesex, Gina, to not let me know when and where my Mother's funeral was, is sickening. This has caused me stress and anxiety and is having a negative impact on my mental health. Lodge Brothers, can you explain to me what right you have to deprive me of attending my Mother's funeral. You are an absolute disgrace, Lodge Brothers. Your customer service sickens me. In future do not mock a relatives mental health.

Lodge Brothers handled the funeral of my very loved Dad in December 2019. There were a number of difficulties with the arrangements due to the Doctors and the time of year - over Xmas and New Year. However Lodge completely supported us and were totally involved in making it all work. Their staff on the day of the funeral were effortlessly elegant. Every attention to detail was supported and even at one moment anticipated. The staff in the Ascot premises were just so kind and so professional. I can't recommend them enough.
