If I could give the M Rushtons team 20 stars I would do. Lee and Sasha managed my mum's funeral for our family and they looked after her with care and respect. Mum looked beautiful and at peace when we spent some time with her. They couldn't do enough for us and nothing was too much trouble. The day went smoothly and Lee and team took care of everything. The team at Rushdens recently dealt with my Dads passing, for many of us in the family this was the first time we had dealt with such an emotional and testing journey. Thoughtful and considerate. Checked in with me and my family regularly . Helped with all arrangements and were able to make suggestions enabling us to ensure the funeral and burial went without a hitch. Pall bearers were family and a bit nervous, but the staff were there all the time and explained how to carry coffin and help to lower it into grave. Everyone from Lee who was the main contact to office staff and others present throughout the service have been helpful, professional and courteous.Flowers were beautiful .Thank you all for your help

We recently used Rushtons for the funeral of my Dad and from start to finish they have been so respectful. Each morning and evening while they had him in their care they said good morning and good evening. They were so considerate and listened to all your needs. Our experience for my father’s funeral was absolutely outstanding. This was a really difficult time for my family as dad was the centre of our world. Matthew was amazing. Five star from start to finish. He was so considerate and helpful. Sasha was exceptional every time we visited. Lee was also faultless and I can honestly say, Rushtons took so much of the pain away from what was such a difficult time. They would be my first choice every time and I have already recommended them and will continue to do so. Whilst not our primary consideration, but it has to be said that value was exceptional.
