We have had truly phenomenal service from Andy and the Markham’s team. From the first day we walked into their offices looking for help and advice, to the end of Dad’s funeral yesterday, Andy and the team have been genuinely caring, professional and graceful. They provided us with gentle and heartfelt advice, in exactly the right way when we needed it. We could not have asked for more. Their genuine, authentic, caring approach helped to make Dad’s funeral truly memorable for all the right reasons and we will carry those cherished memories with us for the rest of our lives. It is difficult to know where to start with this review. There aren't really words to express how amazing Andy, Nikki and their team are. Having lost our daughter very suddenly the funeral, although necessary, was something we dreaded. We need not have feared. From the outset, through the funeral itself and way beyond, Andy and Nikki have shown kindness, compassion and utmost professionalism. From the initial meeting our tears were respected and gently dried by the love and support shown . Our wishes were heard, and every hope we had for our precious daughter's final farewell was fulfilled. Nikki's care and attention ensured that Chloe looked beautiful. It was clear that she had really listened and personally wanted to make this difficult time as positive as she could. Such pride in her role was wholly evident. Andy leading the procession, bowing to the hearse, recognising our daughter's life, and respecting her death was a site to behold. It really was nothing less than beautiful. On the day, the quiet assurance from the whole of the Markham team brought us such remarkable comfort. From assistance in supporting us to find a celebrant through timings of the event,(especially when I wanted last minute additions), and ensuring that Chloe was cared for, until we could bring her ashes home, was outstanding. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble! We will be forever grateful for the respect and dignity we as parents, and Chloe as our little dolly, were shown. Thank you can never be enough. Our recommendation for their services comes from the very bottom of our hearts and with the absolute highest esteem.

I can’t recommend Markham Funeral Services highly enough. In the worst of times when I lost my Mother and Father, Nikki and Andy were incredibly supportive, a steady light. They treated my parents with the utmost dignity and they treated our family with care and humanity. We will always be grateful.
