Rob was very sympathetic and empathetic to my brother and I during our difficult time, and he went over the whole process of our mum's funeral arrangements thoughtfully and explained everything very clearly. I highly recommend Miles and Daughters Funeral Directors for their impeccable service. A special thanks to Rob for his care and attention during this difficult time. The entire process was carried out smoothly with care and dignity. My Mum's funeral at Greenacres was beautiful. Our celebrant, Emma was just fantastic, taking the time to get to know our family and my late Mum. The limo service from Miles and Daughters was a welcome touch and meant we could all travel together which was a real blessing. They even took the scenic route to Greenacres which Mum would have loved, thank you. Choosing the right funeral care is a difficult decision at a difficult time and I am so thankful that we went with Miles and Daughters.
