I can only praise all the staff we encountered when arranging a funeral back in September/October. Lauren and colleagues were thoughtful and thorough, and their attention to detail meant the send-off pretty much ran like clockwork.

We have to say everyone was very helpful, respectful and nothing a problem. But we have to mention Michelle at Westbourne with how she looked after us, very caring, understanding and made an upsetting time more bearable. Anna was lovely, friendly and caring. Made the funeral day more relaxing being guided by her. We also thought how lovely they had prepared John.

I would like to thank the Westbourne team for providing a professional, kind and caring service for my late mother, Lesley. From the minute Michelle answered my call to the lovely, private and calm service arranged by Jon and Chris, it was all perfect. I can not thank you enough.

Had a dreadfully upsetting experience. My son died from suicide at 38 years old. We are an extremely difficult family, which I explained to the allotted funeral director. My ex husband completely took over, making all the arrangements for the funeral without any consultation with me. He lives in Ireland. The funeral director did not consult with me either. They only took notice of my ex husband and ignored me. I was excluded at every level. The celebrant sent me 3 texts about the service. At the funeral, he completely ignored me. Worst experience ever. It was bad enough that my son had died.Choose a funeral director who is experienced in dealing with difficult families. The experience I had with OHara was absolutely dreadful
