I am so grateful that we chose Overmass and Chapple as they provided the most highly professional service to us as a family. This sad process was made so much easier through my dealings with Jerry. I felt immediately confident that he would personally ensure the very best for our late Mum, I felt listened to, always informed, never rushed and always validated. His advice and guidance was invaluable for navigating through the many parts of planning a funeral as well as the necessary legalities and traditions surrounding a passing.

Outstanding, sensitive and exceptional Service from Jerry Parkhouse and his Team, during an emotionally difficult time. Particularly thankful for their help and advice in organizing everything as we live such a long way away from Devon. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much. Would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Absolutely brilliant service from Overmass and Chapple from start to finish. I found all the staff to be friendly and helpful . Jerry in particular, was amazing,. He was calm, professional with just the right amount of respect and sympathy for my bereavement. He replied to my emails promptly, and recommended local florist (Just Flowers) and a Celebrant Zoe Wray, and was very helpful and re-assuring, just made everything run smoothly and feel easier than it was. The service led by Zoe was everything I hoped it would be.. just beautiful! and George did a fantastic job of bringing it all together on the day. I would definitely use their services again.and recommend them. Thank you!
