I cannot speak highly enough of Paul Williams Independent Funeral Directors. They looked after us so well after the passing of my lovely Dad. On our first visit there we met Heidi, a truly lovely lady who was very professional, friendly and very kind. She helped us all the way through and I cannot thank her enough for all her help and support. Also thank you to Thomas who was very professional and very kind. I have recommended Paul Williams to everyone I speak to, we met you at a terrible time in our lives but you helped us more than you know. Thank you to all of you.

Every tiny detail was carried out just as I wanted, nothing was ever too much trouble, their advice and knowledge was nothing short of amazing ..They listened to my stories and are just so genuine and full of empathy...Heidi really did 'hold my hand' through it all, she kept me informed and advised, often calling me daily, just to check I was ok....Their care and concern is just so genuine, I truly felt they were more like friends helping me through this unbearably awful time..Thank you again Heidi and Helen for all the sensitivity and love shown to me, I will never forget you..
