We first met the team at Paul Williams when we sadly lost our Mum in March of this year. Instantly, we felt such a warmth from them, they organised everything with such professionalism, nothing was too much trouble which helped our family immensely. So when we lost our Dad just six weeks later, we didn’t hesitate to reach out to them again. Heidi in particular is amazing, she’s so caring and calm which is just what we needed as we navigated through such a sad time in our lives. Thank you so very much x
