From the moment I met peredur he was sincere, kind and professional. Dealt with my dad's passing with such dignity and respect. Amazing care to detail, would update me with arrangements, and also just check in on me often. Genuinely a lovely person and nothing was too much bother. Last minute changes and arrangements. Working in the NHS myself, it's a blessing to know this family run business exists, at the most painful time. 5+ stars as words can't actually make enough of a statement. One stormy old night this week my old mum passed we had arranged for her to travel across the border to family ,in the meantime time she requested to go from her home I was in a dilemma we want her to be in the right place ,Mr Roberts came and help us out let mum rest up at his place I must thank him so much what professional lovely man he was

I’m extremely grateful for such kind and compassionate service. Peredur, Gyln & the celebrant Fiona, made a difficult time so much easier and personalised in every way. Dedicating so much time to my family and I, taking care of all our wishes and needs. I can’t thank them enough; with myself organising from overseas Peredur went above and beyond what would be expected to help me and do the very best for my father, showing so much respect. Thank you to all the Team at Peredur Roberts Cyf for their very sincere and respectful services in laying Dad to rest. Without question I would recommend their services to anyone who like us had a loved one passing away.
