Quinns Funeral Directors

I'm so very glad we used Quinn's in Hoylake as our funeral directors for my brother's funeral in Febuary. Tina is a very calming, warm, respectful, yet highly efficent, director who took a lot of the pressure from my shoulders. But Quinn's really went above & beyond the call of duty when my other brother was rushed to hospital the day before the funeral. I rang Quinn's about 1.5hrs before the funeral asking if it could be videoed for my brother in hospital. I'd missed the deadline for this service at the crematorium, but Caroline from Quinn's must've pulled some strings because we got that vid for my bro in Arrow Park! Also, 10 years ago, when Quinn's found out that my mum had been a highly talented tailoress, they swopped her basic shroud for this exquisitely embroidered and lacy shroud instead, at no extra cost to us; Quinn's just did it off their own bat. I've never forgotten that, or how that act of kindness & respect towards my mum made me feel so much better inside. I cannot recommend Quinn's highly enough and we fully intend using Quinn's for any future family funerals... but not just yet, I hope!

We used Quinn’s for my dad’s funeral in July. They were outstanding. Every aspect of how they took care of him was exceptional. From collecting him from the nursing home, looking after him whilst waiting for his funeral, right through to scattering his ashes. Nothing was too much trouble. They also looked after us, walking us through every aspect of the arrangements and explaining everything that we didn’t understand. Particular mention goes to Tina, who dealt with all the arrangements fantastically and Stuart, who was brilliant on the day of dad’s funeral. I’ve no hesitation in recommending them to anyone

Having used Tina previously it was without hesitation that we chose to take my beloved husband for them to look after. We were so well looked after in such a sensitive manner and all our arrangements and requirements were met. At such a sad time this is exactly what you need and they more than helped us throughout the weeks prior to funeral service .. Thank you Quinn’s the service and caring we received was absolutely amazing. Look nowhere else. I cannot recommend highly enough

We used Quinns of Hoylake for my father's funeral in May of this year. Tina did a fantastic job at stepping us through all aspects of the process and explaining what needed to be done. She was extremely efficient and very responsive. Everything was actioned quickly and accurately. On the day of the funeral, Stuart and his team did a great job. Very calm and organised, and we felt like everything was running exactly to plan. All of the Quinns staff that we met and dealt with were professional, friendly and sympathetic. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have used Quinns twice this year and found them to be very professional yet kind, supportive and sensitive. Tina guided us through the process with ease and nothing was too much trouble. The services went as planned and took away a lot of stress from the day. Stuart and his team looked after us amazingly on the day.
