We will forever be grateful for the kindness and support shown by Paula and all the team. Every step of the way they did everything they could to help us, they went above and beyond many times and in many ways. We had a few difficult situations that were both trying and painful and Paula handled them with grace and care. Helping us to give our precious child the beautiful send off she deserved. In a time when there feels like there is nothing good in the world, they gave us a reminder that there is. Thank you all so much.

We are deeply sorry if you are going through a difficult time and have come across this review. We were in the same situation not long ago, heartbroken, confused, and unsure of what to do after losing a loved one. As a family who immigrated to the UK from Hong Kong just three years ago, this was our first time facing such a loss, and we felt completely lost. We are so grateful we found Paula. She truly felt like an angel sent to guide us through every step of the funeral process. From the very beginning, she showed genuine care and compassion. She took the time to learn about my father, it not just the big things, but the smallest details, handled everything with such grace, empathy, and professionalism. We wholeheartedly agree with another review we read: you can skip all the big chain companies. Just go straight to Paula and her team, they are truly wonderful. Thanks to her, we were able to give our father a beautiful and meaningful farewell. We cannot thank her enough.

I'd already met Paula through a mutual friend a couple of years ago. After half an hour chatting then, when our dad passed away two years later, there was no doubt in my mind who we should ask to look after him. At a time when my brother and I were shaken to the core, Paula was kind, gentle, listening, guiding us gently through the whole process of meeting his wishes. Over and above what we asked for, the thoughtfulness and feminine touch was evident everywhere. From the service sheets on the pews beforehand, little mementoes and discreet little packs of tissues, roses to place on the coffin..... Paula had thought that extra step beyond the usual funereal experience. Backed up by her colleague Loz, they become the friends you never knew you needed. We highly recommend Paula and Loz if you have lost someone you love, and want them treated the way you would yourself. Many thanks ladies, you are wonderful!

What can I say about Paula and Loz. I am so glad that I found R H Faulkner & Daughter to take care of my beautiful mum who passed. From the moment I first spoke to Paula, she made me feel at ease and made me laugh which is something I really needed at that sad time. I loved the fact its a female run business and wanted women to take care of my mum after a long hospital stay. Paula's upmost care, attention to detail and honouring of the process was amazing. I felt so blessed that my mum was being cared for by such lovely ladies. Nothing was too much trouble and the special touches Paula added on the day of the funeral were beautiful. I cannot sing their praises enough and would highly recommend if you want that personal touch, with care and compassion. Thank you so much Paula and Loz and not forgetting Trixie. Paula was absolutely amazing from start to finish when arranging our dear dad’s funeral. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she made sure everything was just perfect. All the extra personal touches Paula added made such a difference too. Our dad would have been so delighted with all the attention to detail with West Ham ribbons, engraving and the hammers walking stick. Both Paula and Los were so caring, kind and thoughtful. I really cannot recommend them enough. They really were just brilliant.
