Paula was just the best support and guide through what needed doing from the moment I called directly after Dad's passing til after the paperwork, then cremation, then memorial was completed. I honestly do not have enough words to describe the service received from Paula. After losing my father unexpectedly, it was one of the hardest moments in my life as we were incredibly close. Paula almost felt like a big sister taking all the difficult decisions away from me as I would not have known what to do.
