Rosedale were recommended to us by our local Vicar, who said that they were outstanding to deal with. Faith was kind, considerate and thoroughly professional throughout the whole process. Her dog Simba provided us with some light entertainment with his loud snoring which helped at an emotional time. All of the members of staff that we met were as respectful as Faith. I have no reservations about recommending Rosedale Halesworth to people dealing with the loss of somebody they love.

Sadly sooner than expected I lost my dad in May 2019, we visited Rosedale @ Halesworth and meet a wonderful caring lady called faith and her 4 legged companion Simba, who was the most welcoming after such a shocking bereavement. Faith did her upmost to support myself and mum, she gave her everything to make such a sad day so moving and everything we requested she carried out, I can highly recommend Faith, Simba and the Rosedale team
