I can't fault Rosedale in Bungay. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone has been so kind. Kathryn and the team made everything so much easier. From phone calls checking everything was as we wanted it as the funeral (and thank you Steve for being there for us) to the support we felt. You made a very sad time a bit brighter. Thank you.

Kathryn, at the Bungay branch was brilliant. She came across as interested in the person Bill was, caring about how I was coping and what I wanted for Bill. At a difficult time when decisions had to be made she was there offering support and guidance. She made a very difficult time manageable. The organisation of the whole event was smooth and respectful. I cannot thank her enough.

Losing one of our beloved companions was a difficult time and the help, support, love and care we received from all of the team at Rosedales gave us the ability to say our goodbyes in the most special way - we cannot thank you enough, you were all amazing from the organisation, and then on the day, true and heart warming respect at all times - we thank you from our hearts x
