They were professional, tactful and kept me informed throughout the process. At a hard time charlee helped me through alot and guided me through the funeral arrangements and i couldnt be more pleased with the outcome. The funeral for my aunt went really well today. Grace was an excellent celebrant and she put together a lovely tribute for my aunt. The order of service was was one of the best I've seen and the flowers on the coffin were really beautiful. John Rowland and his team were very helpful and supportive, the framed photo of Rose for the coffin was a nice touch and much appreciated. Thank you so much for helping us and for your work in organising such a wonderful send off for my aunt. I would certainly recommend Rowland Brothers to others.
