The service we received from Rowland Brothers was outstanding. From the beginning, their team were friendly, warm, and reassuring. Our director, Simon, guided us through each stage with thoughtful advice and helpful suggestions whenever we were unsure. He was proactive, responsive, and nothing was ever too much trouble. I also appreciated their flexibility, I wanted a bespoke floral coffin spray, and Simon arranged this beautifully with their florists. On the day itself, Jan led the proceedings with exceptional dignity and professionalism. We are so grateful we chose Rowland Brothers. In a time of grief, you need the burden of organising a funeral to be lifted, and they did exactly that. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.
