We received the most excellent support, help and arrangements from Simon and Jan. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Simon came to our home initially and immediately put our minds at ease. He talked us through the process very clearly, explaining all the options to us. He helped to make the day a very special, memorable one. Both he and Jan helped with the photos for the service which were lovely to have on display on the day. We would also like to thank the celebrant Anita who also came to our home and wrote the most wonderful eulogy on our behalf. We cannot thank the team enough.

Made planning a funeral very easy for me and they were very caring not to overwhelm during the process. Used an excellent celebrant to conduct the ceremony. Although obviously a sad day, they helped me make it a special tribute.

We used the Purley Branch of Rowland Brothers for my mum's funeral - having previously used them for my dad's 2 years ago. Everything went without a hitch. Jan was always helpful with every stage of the process. And Simon in the office ensured we always felt comfortable when we popped in to see our mum at rest - whether with kind words or just an offer of tea and biscuits. My mum looked so peaceful for the 3 weeks she was in the Chapel of Rest. The day itself was beautiful - helped by a fantastic sunny day. The service we received from Rowland Brothers was outstanding. From the beginning, their team were friendly, warm, and reassuring. Our director, Simon, guided us through each stage with thoughtful advice and helpful suggestions whenever we were unsure. He was proactive, responsive, and nothing was ever too much trouble. I also appreciated their flexibility, I wanted a bespoke floral coffin spray, and Simon arranged this beautifully with their florists. On the day itself, Jan led the proceedings with exceptional dignity and professionalism. We are so grateful we chose Rowland Brothers. In a time of grief, you need the burden of organising a funeral to be lifted, and they did exactly that. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.
