What can we say.. apart from how amazing an caring you all are. We can't thank you enough for the care you all gave for are beloved dad/grandad Tony.. he was in your care for 4 weeks and you all made our final goodbye a blessing. To see him look so peaceful and for that we will forever be thankful. Sarah.. you are amazing such a kind soul the way you put my mum "pam" at ease we can't thank you enough. The respect and gratitude you all have is so meaningful. We can't thank you enough for everything you have done for us as a family form the bottom of our hearts THANK YOU

Vicky from Roy Quinton’s dealt with everything from start to finish. She came out to meet my husband Richard before he died and was so kind and supportive to him. She was always friendly and respectful and explained everything with thoughtful consideration. After his death, she went through all of the funeral arrangements with me and guided me through the decision making process with real empathy. I would like to say a massive thankyou to Leanne. For me only being 21 years old and planning my moms funeral it was a very difficult time however Leanne comforted me and became like a friend and I can’t thank her enough. From the day the directors took my mom into their care until my moms funeral everything went so smoothly and i knew my mom was in safe, caring hands. Every step of the way Leanne or a member of their team would keep me updated or just a call to see how I was. They care so passionately about the family’s feelings it’s not just a ‘job’ to them. Leanne described how she sat with my mom and had a cup of tea with her. And that was so comforting for me because my mom would’ve loved that. Anyway, a massive thankyou to Leanne again! You are amazing! I’m glad I chose Roy Quinton’s to look after my mom on her last journey. And I will definitely be recommending to family and friends.
