My family has used this funeral director for many years whenever a loved one has died. They have always been very professional and acted with dignity at all times.

Awful placeFirst impressions very dirtyTook my husbands clean clothes in to see him next day blood on his clean shirt .I was told when asked his pj's had been thrown away . 2 weeks later I had to call for a price as it wasn't discussed to be told £500 less for cash .is this going through the books ?? I asked for ashes ASAP when I phoned almost 2 weeks later was told they had picked them up earlier in week but now we're on holiday until following Monday. Shocking service from start to finish

Uncompassionate, charged for services we didn't receive, rude and uninterested and didn't return calls. Appalling service for what is a horrible time for family. No clarity in their procedures, and belittling when on the phone asking questions. For a funeral directors, we were disgusted.

Very professional from start to finish. Would not be bullied by officials in sorting out dates etc. Gave solid and comprehensive advice about the various steps you have to negotiate and never once was trying to rush things. They let you take each step in your own time and where always there when needed. Thanks again to Mark and his employees for been there for my family, Sue would have been proud of the work you did to lay her to rest

A wonderful kind and caring company who did everything we asked with compassion and professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble and they were able to make the whole process as stress free as possible, co-ordinating everything needed.Highly Recommended!
