I cannot thank Sarah enough @ the Edenbridge office, for all she did for my Dad - Brian Welfare, in looking after him and us. If only she could learn to drive a tractor & trailer, our day could have not been more complete, in the circumstances. Always willing to go that extra mile, to make our day how we wanted it and made all the more bearable by her care and attention to detail. May I also thank Dave for his care & help on the day and also the lady hearst driver and pall bearers.Would highly recommend to others, in such a sad time. What a Great Crew.

My experience dealing with Smith & Sons was one of warmth, reassurance and kindness. Sarah managed the whole process so well, taking the stress out of a very stressful time, keeping in touch regularly and making sure we knew what she needed from us, and when. The funeral went beautifully and I feel that nothing more could have been done to make it a fitting celebration of our late dad and his life. Thank you Sarah and the team.

Cannot thank everyone at s smith & sons enough for everything they did for us for my mother in laws funeral last week. They took a lot of the stress of planning a funeral whilst grieving away, and made it all very simple and easy to to plan it all.The day was beautiful, and everything from keeping in contact to picking us up, and the actual service was done on time, and everyone commented on how lovely it all was done.Thank you so much.Especially to Sarah, Jo and Jessika who was our celebrant and worked with us to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted.I would highly recommend using S smith & sons to take away the added stresses of planning a funeral when a loved one has passed away.

Recently my mother passed away and I decided to use S Smith & Sons as they had dealt with previous Relatives who had passed. I was so Thankful that I had the pleasure of meeting Sarah. She listened to my request and let me ramble away about this and that I was all over the place. Sarah made a very difficult task easier to deal with. I wasn't the easiest of customers as I kept changing things but nothing was too much trouble. From Flowers to Music to Order of service. Sarah went above and beyond to make sure I was Happy and that my mum had the best send off ever! And she did Thankyou to Lorraine and her Team for making me feel at ease on the day of the Funeral they really do make you feel like one of their own so attentive and respectful with it! Thankyou All
