A very professional service from start to finish. We asked a lot from the staff as living overseas created problems for us but everything was taken care of and couldnt have been better in any way. They liased with the crematorium to locate a family grave and expedited the ashes quickly so they could be laid by us before our imminent return home. Would recommend them wholeheartedly. Thankyou to all at scales and Blackburn crematorium.

During the most difficult time after losing my beloved wife Barbara ....I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks to Scales Funeral service, for the beautiful and personalized service for my wife. Highly recommend Scales funeral Home, Christine was amazing and helpful from start to finish. My grandad passed away recently, the coffin bearers and usher was also fantastic and respectful at this very sad time. Couldn't of asked for anything else. They did my grandad proud.
