Serenity Funeral Service is an independent funeral directors located at Unit 8, College Farm, Duloe, St Neots, Cambridgeshire. They serve families across Huntingdonshire, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, and Peterborough, and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide support and guidance during life's most difficult moments.
The business is run by Scott and Katy, a dedicated team with a combined 16 years of experience in the funeral profession. Scott, with over 13 years in the industry, was inspired to enter the profession following the passing of his own grandmother, and has since cared for hundreds of families, including assisting with repatriations in and out of the United Kingdom. Katy's passion for the profession began during a college work placement, and she returned to funeral care in 2021 driven by her empathetic nature and commitment to supporting families.
Serenity Funeral Service prides itself on offering bespoke, personalised funeral arrangements, ensuring every farewell is as unique as the person being honoured. Their services include attended and unattended funerals, simple direct cremations, funeral horse and carriage, pre-arranged funeral planning, and a range of memorial products. They are members of the National Association of Funeral Directors and the Association of Green Funeral Directors.

I am so glad we were told about Serenity Funeral Services because I don’t think anyone else would have made our beautiful Mum’s last day so special. Scott and Katy have a way of making you feel like family. Your voice and opinion matters and that special day is completely up to you. They are flexible but also hold so much knowledge that all your questions will be answered to put you at ease. Arranging a visit to see your loved one is the easiest and best part, the office and room environment is so warm and homely that jt helps to make you relaxed and comfortable. The personalities of both Scott and Katy are brilliant and they bounce off each other to cater for all types of family members. Humours, professional, caring, compassionate. At potentially the worst time of your life, saying goodbye to a loved one, this whole experience was exactly how it should have been. There aren't enough words to thank Scott and Katy for the care and compassion they showed to our mum and family on the passing of our dad, Dave. Nothing was too much trouble, from the respectful and dignified way our dad was collected to his final journey to the crematorium. Scott kept us informed and guided us every step of the way, making sure Dad's funeral was just how he wanted it and it was, it was a celebration full of love for a well loved, special man Thank you Scott and Katy for the exceptional and compassionate way you have in supporting families, right down to the finest details at what is one of the most difficult and emotional time of their lives We can't recommend Scott and Katy enough, if you want your loved one to have that very special, loving and caring send off, please speak to these two very amazing people

I don’t really know where to start, we sadly lost my Dad and we chose Serenity to look after Dad, Scott was absolutely amazing as were all of his team, Dad had already told us lots of touches he wanted when his time came and Scott and Katy made sure and went over and above to make sure Dad had everything he had asked for, they are such a caring and thoughtful team, Dad had such a wonderful send off and that is all thanks to this wonderful team, I honestly can’t thank each and everyone of you enough, everything on the day was absolutely perfect and we had many compliments from those there at how lovely Scott was and how well he looked after our family, thank you all from the bottom of my heart ❤️
