There aren't enough words to thank Scott and Katy for the care and compassion they showed to our mum and family on the passing of our dad, Dave. Nothing was too much trouble, from the respectful and dignified way our dad was collected to his final journey to the crematorium. Scott kept us informed and guided us every step of the way, making sure Dad's funeral was just how he wanted it and it was, it was a celebration full of love for a well loved, special man Thank you Scott and Katy for the exceptional and compassionate way you have in supporting families, right down to the finest details at what is one of the most difficult and emotional time of their lives We can't recommend Scott and Katy enough, if you want your loved one to have that very special, loving and caring send off, please speak to these two very amazing people

I don’t really know where to start, we sadly lost my Dad and we chose Serenity to look after Dad, Scott was absolutely amazing as were all of his team, Dad had already told us lots of touches he wanted when his time came and Scott and Katy made sure and went over and above to make sure Dad had everything he had asked for, they are such a caring and thoughtful team, Dad had such a wonderful send off and that is all thanks to this wonderful team, I honestly can’t thank each and everyone of you enough, everything on the day was absolutely perfect and we had many compliments from those there at how lovely Scott was and how well he looked after our family, thank you all from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Losing my beautiful fiancé felt like my whole world collapsed in front of me. I was lost, scared, overwhelmed, and completely out of my depth. Highly recommended company. Everything was handled with such care and professionalism by Scott and Katy during a time when my family and I were grieving the sudden loss of our late father. They offered us genuine comfort and reassurance, taking the weight off our shoulders by guiding us through every step of the process.
