We are so grateful to Simply Funerals William Houghton Funeral Director, Preston. This was the first time we had to organize a funeral for a family member in the UK. Kieran was incredibly helpful, explaining every detail to us. He understood our needs perfectly and was excellent organized, keeping us informed every step of the way. Such great care, support and professionalism from my first contact with William Houghton Funerals on Tag Lane right through to the last contact. With the help of Liam and his team the arrangements for my late mother's funeral was not a heavy burden. Liam was helpful, patient, respectful and accommodated our every request. Me and my family can not thank Liam and his team enough for ensuring our lovely mum was cared for throughout the time spent in their care. Thankyou Liam, from Lynn and all the family.

Liam could not have done more for us when arranging our daughters funeral. He was very compassionate and caring, whilst remaining very professional. From the moment we walked through the door, organising and on the day and there after. The service was beautiful, definitely use them again and certainly recommend.
