Losing someone is very painful and to make the memory last longer in itself is hard.I was introduced by my uncle to Sterry Funeral services where I met Nicky who was really helpful in every step out of the way. She made sure every process was easy enough to handle on a difficult time. We arranged a funeral with both our ideas and also managed to make a memorial plague for my father in a military cemetery.I can’t thank her enough for how much she had put her effort on this. All the plans that kept changing and she coped with us. I highly recommend Sterry Funeral services for their extraordinary services.

Nicky from Sterrys was absolutely amazing in every way, so kind and comforting through the whole process. Ashley and the team were brilliant. So professional, we could not have asked for it to go any better than it did. My Mum had a lovely send off and it was all down to Sterrys. Thank you so much, we will always appreciate it. Kind regards, Emma & the Horne Family

At a time when you just want to hide away and crumble it’s so very comforting and relieving that a person that you have never met would become pivotal and so important in the arrangements of burying a loved one. Niki was so very compassionate and a pillar of strength when our family needed it most. If you are looking for a professional service with a genuine person who will undertake and guide you through every step with sincere empathy then Sterry and Niki is my unequivocal recommendation. Thank you Niki for everything you did for us, we are so very grateful. Ashley our usher and his crew provided an impeccable service on the day of my father’s funeral, executing each detail with humanness and grace. Thank you all so very much, a courtesy we will never forget.

Extremely professional, very caring and supportive. I used the Cheriton branch, and was so well looked after by Nicky Stanton, the Funeral Arranger & Administrator. She was an absolute pleasure and spent a lot of time and patience with me. On the day of the funeral, it was Ashley, The Funeral Director who looked after me. He, and his staff did a wonderful job of escorting my mum to the crematorium, and was extremely caring and respectful. It was Sterry's who arranged our lovely Celebrant, Geoff, who did a fantastic job giving my mum a wonderful send off. I am so impressed by them, that both my husband and myself, are now looking to take out a funeral plan of our own, as we know we and our families will be well looked after.

Nikki was so compassionate, caring, helpful and professional at all times and took us through the numerous services available for our daughter’s funeral arrangements and couldn’t do enough for my wife and I to make it as perfect as possible. She was also able to procure a solid wood coffin to match our personal preference to paint it with an original design and add washi-paper origami cranes containing messages from friends unable to attend in person.Ashley and his team equally provided decorum and gravitas to the movement of the coffin and the help in overseeing our group of pall-bearers at the church. Then the light-touch yet efficient organising of attendees at the church as well as to the cemetery.I would prefer never to go through such an experience ever again but if I did, Sterry’s would be my first choice.
