Outstanding service, I can't praise Nicky Stanton enough for all her care, helpfulness and understanding, during the sad occasion of my husband's death, she arranged everything for us to the finest detail, and thank you also to the rest of the company for making everything go as smoothly as possible on the day of the funeral, true professionals, thank you all from the bottom of my heart . Extremely happy with the services of Sterrys Folkestone. Nicky in particularly who guided me every step of the way and showed great compassion and professionalism at this sad time of the passing of my late father. All other members of staff were amazing. The funeral director contacted me prior to my father's unattended funeral date to explain the proceedings and if I had any more questions. I would definitely recommend Sterrys of Folkestone.

Second to none experience, really lovely helpful people who understood what you were going through, and literally took everything off your hands and dealt with it in an extremely respectful. Nicky dealt with me and my family and was wonderful. I would recommend Sterrys 100% to anyone.
