Extremely happy with the services of Sterrys Folkestone. Nicky in particularly who guided me every step of the way and showed great compassion and professionalism at this sad time of the passing of my late father. All other members of staff were amazing. The funeral director contacted me prior to my father's unattended funeral date to explain the proceedings and if I had any more questions. I would definitely recommend Sterrys of Folkestone.

Everything we asked for was no trouble for the team. Communication was very good and we were kept upto date with everything. Nicky was very kind and accommodated our wishes. The whole funeral went off without a hitch. All the plans went perfectly. I would highly recommend.

Sterry were absolutely amazing. I cannot fault them. Nicky in particular was who helped care for my father and also me during this extremely tough and emotional time. Nicky made everything seamless. Very respectful towards us all and extremely caring even after the funeral she is still helping and checking in on me. I would highly recommend Sterry funeral services. They also helped me when I lost my mum too. I honestly cannot praise or that them enough especially again Nicky
