From the moment I made contact with Tansy at TW Boorman, it was a weight off my shoulders. I will be forever grateful for all that Tansy and the team have done at this really difficult time. They showed professionalism, kindness and compassion, and I would like to thank them for treating my partner with great care and respect. Arranging a funeral for my young partner was something I never envisaged happening, but Tansy was able to go through the whole process, answer queries etc, and arranged a wonderful celebrant to officiate the funeral. We have used Boormans twice now and on both occasions have been provided with a professional but also caring and personal service. We used their small chapel to conduct our own service with the non intrusive support of the staff. It was exactly as we wished the funerals to be. I can highly recommend Boormans.

We could not have found a more sympathetic and genuinely caring person in Tansy, to help us with the arrangements for my mothers funeral and the subsequent interment for her back with my father in Birmingham. Very efficient and competent service. Tansy was friendly and warm, understanding the difficult task I had to do. Her advice was kindly given and she went out of her way to make things easier for me. All my wishes were accommodated and the service was excellent, the celebrant was carefully chosen and understood and respected all my requirements. I sincerely recommend TWBoorman to anybody that is unfortunate enough to lose somebody dear.
